Your initial deposit reserves your cake[i] pickup/delivery date and is non-refundable.

Full payment must be made by the due date indicated; otherwise the sale is null and void, and any paid deposit will not be refunded.
The date of your final payment (payment of balance due) is the final date to confirm your cake order.
Once a cake design has been agreed upon, no change will be entertained except for a larger sized cake. Changing to a larger sized cakes must be made at least 1 week before the payment of balance due date and extra charges will apply.
In the event the client[ii] wishes to change the cake delivery date:
1. If a request is made to change the cake delivery date and this request is made more than 2 weeks before the prior agreed delivery/pickup date, Petrascakebar(PCB) may accommodate the change ONLY if the requested date is available. If PCB is unable to change the delivery date and the client subsequently cancels the order, PCB reserves the right to withhold the deposit and refund only amounts above the deposit (if paid).
2. If a request is made to change the cake delivery date and this request is made less than 2 weeks before the prior agreed delivery/pickup date, PCB may accommodate the change ONLY if the requested date is available. If PCB is unable to change the delivery date and the client subsequently cancels the order, PCB reserves the right to withhold up to full payment of the order.
3. If you would like to move your delivery/pickup date to another day, which will be subject to availability, there will be no additional fees.

In the event of cancellation, a request to cancel the order must be made in writing to PCB. If cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to the delivery/pickup date, only payment above the deposit amount will be refunded. If notice is given less than 2 weeks prior to the agreed delivery/pickup date, PCB reserves the right to withhold up to full payment of the order.

[ii] Refers to the person/entity(s) making an order/purchase from Petra’s Cake Bar.

Petra's Cake Bar (PCB) accepts no liability for cakes, cupcakes or any other product purchased from PCB that are damaged after they have been delivered to the agreed location. Cakes, cupcakes or any other of our products collected from PCB require a signed collection note by the person in charge to say that the item was collected in perfect condition. Damages after this point are not PCB's responsibility. All PCB's products are fragile and require care and attention when handling, storing, and displaying. Please pay careful attention to our storage and transportation (where relevant) instructions that will be provided with our products.
