Where are you located?

We are in Mount Martha, on the Mornington Peninsula.

Allergens

Whilst we are happy to make nut free and dairy free cakes, we would like to be clear that we are not an allergen free kitchen. We do not have separate baking facilities to accommodate customers who have severe food allergies and intolerances. We do not make gluten free cakes.

Are you a Council Approved kitchen?

Yes we are.

What do I need to know before ordering a DESIGNER cake?​

  • The date you need the cake (we recommend at least 1-2 months, more if you are after an elaborate cake design).

  • The serving amount needed. 

  • Cake type, design & flavours or leave it to us. 

  • Make sure you are able to collect the cake on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Cakes requiring assembly will be delivered.

What do I need to know before ordering a STANDARD cake?​

  • The date you need the cake (we need at least 1 week notice).

  • The serving amount needed.

  • Cake type, design & flavours or leave it to us. 

  • Make sure you are able to collect the cake on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday.

Cake pickup times:

Pick-up is usually on:

Fridays from 1pm to 5pm 

Saturday/Sunday from 9am to 11am

For collection outside the above times, please email or call us to check availability. 

If you are unable to collect your cake due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to deliver it. A delivery fee applies.

Do you deliver?

Unfortunately we don't deliver.

If a designer cake requires assembling at the venue, a service fee applies for venue visitation/assembly.

Cancellations, deposits and rescheduling my orders.

A deposit is required upon confirmation of your cake to secure your delivery date. 

Full payment is due 2 weeks before your cake delivery/collection date. If full payment is not received 2 weeks before the delivery date, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

f you cancel your order within the week (7 days or less) of delivery/collection of your cake, we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order AND no refund or store credit will be issued. Please understand, that we have to purchase ingredients and start production to make your cake, as such these are expenses to the business. Alternatively, if you cancel your order less than 14 days before delivery/collection of your cake, any deposit paid will be transferred as a store credit which can be used for any future cake orders within 1 year.

If you decide to bring forward your agreed delivery date, you must check availability of the new date at least 2 weeks prior. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If you wish to extend your agreed delivery date, you must inform us at least 2 weeks in advance.    

We will try our best to accommodate last minute changes/orders, please call us to check availability.

How do I store my cake?

Uneaten cakes can be stored in the fridge for up to 7days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.  Cakes should be wrapped in cling film and with an outer layer of foil for freezer storage.
