Baking Ingredients

Allergens and such...

Whilst we are happy to make nut free and dairy free cakes, we would like to be clear that we are NOT an allergen free kitchen. We do not have separate baking facilities to accommodate customers who have severe food allergies and intolerances. We do not make gluten free cakes.

We use wheat flour, cultured butter, eggs and sugar as some of our main ingredients. Some of our products may contain nuts like pistachio, almonds, sesame or hazelnut. We do not use any peanuts in our products but our pantry is not peanut free.

​

If you suffer severe food allergies we apologize that we are unable to fulfil your order. We 'Thank You' however for considering Petra's Cake Bar.

Our Designer Cakes also include:

Happiness is a Boozy cake! We will only select the appropriate liqueur to complement your cake. Please note additional charges may apply. Petra's Cake Bar would like also remind you that such a cake would not be suitable if you have minors or young children eating your cake.

Dairy free cakes: We can use plant based fats to make your cakes.

​

Vegan cakes: We do not make vegan cakes.

​

Flavours request: We are able to change or tweak a cake by request if given ample notice. Surcharges may apply depending on the request.
